In partnership with the Florida Department of Children and Families, Family First launched Father First, a statewide, community-driven campaign focused on empowering fathers across Florida.
Father First is built on a simple but powerful belief: every father has the potential to be exactly the dad his children need. Through this initiative, we provide resources, encouragement, and meaningful connections that help fathers continue learning, growing, and showing up for their families.
A key component of Father First is expanding access to funding. Through state-supported grant programs, qualified nonprofit organizations across Florida are selected to receive funding that enables them to directly support dads in their communities. These organizations play a vital role in guiding fathers along their journey and strengthening families at the local level.
In Ohio, Family First’s All Pro Dad program supports fathers through a statewide media campaign called “Win the Everyday.” This initiative encourages dads to stay actively involved in their families’ lives through simple, consistent actions.
Whether it’s engaging with All Pro Dad on social media, listening to the podcast, attending an experience, or joining a local chapter, “Win the Everyday” makes fatherhood approachable and actionable and meets dads where they are and helps them take the next step.
